If your Resume Isn't a Photo it's Already ATS-Friendly

You don't need ATS Templates, they are useless. Instead make sure your Resume is exported well, read more to see quick test
WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR ATS?
From a programmer’s perspective: when an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scans your resume for keywords, it doesn’t care about the font size, color, layout, or design. It simply reads the text.
IS MY RESUME ATS FRIENDLY?
If you can highlight and select every word on your resume, congratulations — it’s already ATS-friendly. What truly makes a difference from there is what you write, not how it looks.
This has been confirmed by many HR professionals as well. A friend of mine in HR once told me,
“The ATS doesn’t care about your template — it only cares whether your words match the job description.”
That said, while a clean, simple resume might pass the ATS, it can still be boring to the human eye. HR professionals are people too — they appreciate clarity, but also creativity and originality. And remember, it’s a real person who makes the final hiring decision.
