3. How long does Modern Resume keep your data?

Modern Resume deletes any generated documents, such as resumes or portfolios, from its database immediately after you download them, ensuring they are not retained.

However, if you choose to create an account and voluntarily decide to retain your data, Modern Resume will store your personal information for a period of up to 4 years. This retention period applies unless you delete your data manually or remain inactive on the application for 4 consecutive years, in which case your data will be automatically deleted.

4. What authorizes Modern Resume to process the data as a data controller?

Modern Resume has the following lawful bases to process personal data:

Execution of the agreement

The legal basis for processing the personal data of the user is the execution of the service agreement. In this regard, the user is required to provide the data necessary for the performance of the service. If this data is not provided, the service cannot be delivered.
