10. Payments and Refund Policy

Modern Resume offers the following payment options for accessing our services:

- Lifetime Access: $9 for unlimited access to the application and unlimited downloads, with no recurring fees.

- Single Download: $3 for one downloadable file.

- 10-Download Pack: $6 for a pack of 10 downloadable files.

All prices are final and include applicable taxes, such as VAT, as required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider, using SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. No Refunds Policy: By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that refunds are not available once you have used the service to any extent. For the Lifetime Access plan, this includes logging into the application, accessing its features, or making any downloads. For the Single Download or 10-Download Pack, using even one download constitutes full use of the service. Upon purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the service is used.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., a failed download due to a platform error), please contact our support team. If we determine the issue was caused by our platform, we may, at our discretion, provide a resolution, such as re-crediting a download or correcting access to the service. This does not constitute a refund.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion due to changes in operational costs or market conditions. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
